Property Management
We offer a wide scope of real estate services under the Property Management docket as follows;

Tenant Management;
This involves the administration of tenant as provided by the lease agreement. We collect rents on behalf of and forward the collections to the landlord. We also attend to any emerging issues that arise during lease period.

Common area management
This relates to shared and communal areas of a property, such as toilets, lift lobby, corridors, walkways, the gardens, swimming pools, generators, water pumps etc.

Service Charge Management
We facilitate the creation of an annual budget estimate for all expenses expected for the common areas. This is the basis on which the service charge amount is derived and charged.

Repairs and Maintenance;
We coordinate planned routine and preventive exercise carried out by specialized service providers in line with the agreed budget in order to maintain the value of the property.
